Every day we interact with countless people: In our personal lives, in our professional lives, on the road, in our free time. However, when we are completely honest with ourselves, how many times can we say that we interact with God every day? One of the tragic realities of our generation is that after our initial salvation, many don't pursue the relationship with God that Christ died in order for us to know. We have the opportunity to have an intimate relationship with the creator of the universe, the Most High God! When we were born again, we were introduced to Him through Jesus Christ.

We know God (John 14:17). When we asked Christ into our hearts, he tore the veil between God and us so that we could know Him! He is inside of us, and with us always (Deut. 31:6). Just as sheep know their Shepherd's voice, we know our Father's voice (John 10:27).

Be bold in your relationship with God! You are a child of God, the king of kings (John 1:12). As His child, you have a right to His attention whenever you need it. Come boldly to the throne of God, He will always be open to your company. Just as when you go home to your parents' house, you have a right to the food in their refrigerator, what's God's is yours. Be bold in taking what is yours. God has promised to supply all of our needs (Matt. 6:31-32). God cares about all of our needs, not just our finances. He cares for our desires (Ps. 37:4).

Take time to spend with God. Learn to talk to Him, and get to know Him better. There is more to our relationship with God than just the business of His kingdom. He is our Father. He desires to fellowship with us. He desires to show us His love. Take time out of your day, out of your week to plan time with Him. Make a date with God. God is a gentleman and will always show up. Enjoy a cup of coffee or even an afternoon walk with Him. He is with you.
