If you're a pastor or ministerial leader and have not been to Israel, you should seriously consider a trip there. It will be well worth it. Here are five places you should visit when you get there:
5. The view of the Herodian from the Mount of Olives! I can promise you the phrase "faith that moves mountains" will be more powerful and effective than you have EVER thought it would be.
And, being on the Mount of Olives (the place where Jesus ascended into heaven and where He will come back to is AMAZING!)
4. Caesarea Philippi. To actually stand in the place and see where Jesus said, "I will build my church" absolutely CHANGES your perspective in an amazing way!
3. Mount Arbel. I can PROMISE you that Matthew 14 will come to LIFE in a way you have NEVER dreamed as we take a look at a 24-hour period in the life of Jesus.
2. The Garden of Gethsemane. Powerful and breathtaking ... especially when we consider that this is the place where Jesus went and prayed the night before He was crucified.
1. The Garden Tomb. It's empty!!! Hearing about it is strong ... seeing it changed my life.
